MONDAY - WEDNESDAY - FRIDAY @ 7am
Workout with Kate in a LIVE ONLINE workout session. This is a follow along workout suitable for those with some experience of training. Individual coaching can be arranged at a separate time.
TUESDAY & THURSDAY @ 7am
Restore Mobility and will incorporate foam/ball rolling and muscle (tightness) release with mobility, balance and stretching.
20 - 30 mins. This is a follow along class, Live online via ZOOM.
MONDAY & THURSDAY 10:30AM
NEW PROGRAM - COMMENCING OCT 21st 2024
Join us in-person or via a Zoom Link for a 1 hour workout with Coach Kate. This group is coached. Limited to 3 participants In-house and up to 10 online to allow observation and coaching.
